Product Information

Our placemats are sealed with a heavy laminate and should be wiped clean. Do not put placemats in the dishwasher.


Our plates, bowls and platters are dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and oven safe for up to 60 minutes at 275˚. We recommend to hand wash and dry these items when possible to ensure the colors stay vibrant for the life of the product. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads. Do not use serrated knives or other sharp utensils, as they can scratch the surface. Do not use detergents with chlorine bleach or other bleaching agents. If you intend to run your dinnerware throught the dishwasher, we recommend Cascade powder or gel for the best results to keep colors vibrant.


Lucite Serving Trays should be wiped clean. Do not put trays in the dishwasher.

Our tabletop items - plates, bowls, mugs and platters - are made from a heavy duty resin material that is very durable. This makes them great for use by children and for outdoor dining! While these items hold up to wear and tear, they are by no means impossible to break. We do not offer guarantees on our tabletop items.

Yes! All of our note cards come with plain white envelopes included in the price. There is the option of adding a printed return address on back for an additional charge.

Our note cards and calling cards are printed on a luxe heavy weight 110lb white stock. All note cards come with white envelopes and are packaged in a premium clear top box or a clear bag.

Our notepads are printed on 70lb opaque white paper.

All of our stationery products are printed on a top of the line digital press.

Payments, Promos & Gifts

All of our products ship directly from our factory. We do not offer gift wrapping, however we can include a gift message in your shipment (and we never include pricing). You can enter your gift message on the cart page.

Sales and promotions are not applicable towards previously placed orders. Our promotions are programmed in advance and designated for specific dates. If you are interested in future sales and promotions, please make sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media.

We can include a gift message in your shipment (and we never include pricing). You can enter your gift message on the shopping cart page.

Shipping & Returns

Ground shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders $50 and less will be charged a shipping fee of $9.95.

Orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS. Once shipped, most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Expedited shipping (referring to the package travel time only) is available on all stationery products. 2nd Day Air shipping is $25. Overnight shipping is $45.

Rush production is available for all tabletop items and clipboards for a $20 fee. This guarantees 2-3 days production time on up to 4 items. Search "Rush" and add the rush fee to cart for checkout.

Most of our items are made to order and ship within 4-8 business days. Add shipping transit time of 2-5 days. Estimated shipping dates are provided under the "add to cart" button on each product page. Production times are subject to change during the holiday season. 

We currently only ship our products within the continental U.S.

Our products are made to order. Due to the personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns. If you received an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 10 days of receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and send a photo of product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.

Our products ship as they become ready, so you may receive your order in multiple boxes.

Order Issues

If you just placed your order, please email us at info@kellyhughes.com with your order number and new shipping address. It is more challenging to make changes once your order is in process, however we will do our best to make the address change.

All of our products are made to order. If you have changes to your order after it is placed, we will do our best to make those changes. This may result in delayed production time. Once your order has been sent to production, we are unable to make any changes. Due to the way we process incoming orders, we are unable combine orders or add products to your order. Please place a second order with any additional items.

If an item is missing in your shipment, please email us at info@kellyhughes.com with your order number and details of missing item.

If you received an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 10 days of receipt.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and send a photo of product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, however, occasional minor flaws represent the hand-made nature of our products.

If you have a package that shows delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours  before contacting us. Sometimes a package scan shows delivered but does not show up until the following day. To report a lost pacakge, please contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date via email info@kellyhughes.com with your order number.
