WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship Ground Delivery via Fedex, UPS and USPS. Due to the oversize nature of some of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping. We do offer rush production on most items for an additional charge. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please email info@kellyhughes.com to inquire about current production time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Our production time for stationery items is 4-6 business days. All other items have a production time of 6-8 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping time is an additional 2-5 days, depending on your location.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Orders up to $50 have a shipping fee of $9.95. Orders over $50 ship for free.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Account creation is optional. Creating one can save you time when re-ordering.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once you submit your order, it will be accepted by our system and sent to production. If you have changes or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order is not already in production, we can typically make changes.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to register in the system.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Our products are made to order. Due to the personalized nature, we are unable to accept returns. If you received an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.
