PRODUCTION TIME

Most of our items are made to order. Lead times are subject to change during our busy times:
• Stationery items, Blankets, Onesies, Placemats - allow 4-6 business days production time
• Kids Plates, Kids Bowls, Kids Mugs, Platters - allow 6-8 business days production time
• Lucite Trays, Clipboards - allow 6-8 business days production time
• Rush delivery option is available on select items for an extra charge - please inquire

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
• Orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS.
• Once shipped, most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive; this could change during the holiday season.
• Packages are delivered with a packing slip with no prices listed
• Enter your gift message requests at checkout to be included in package

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
• If you receive an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.
