Kids Plates, Kids Bowls, Kids Mugs, Platters - allow 6-8 business days production time
Lucite Trays, Clipboards - allow 6-8 business days production time
Rush delivery option is available on select items for an extra charge - please inquire

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS.
Once shipped, most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive; this could change during the holiday season.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.
