RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.
