RETURNS
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.
