PRODUCTION TIME
- Allow 4-8 business days production time for your order to ship.
- All of our items are made to order. Lead times are subject to change during our busy times.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Most orders are shipped via USPS, and sometimes UPS or Fedex.
- Once shipped, most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive; this could change during the holiday season.
- Pricing is NOT included in any of our shipments. Enter your gift message at checkout to be included in package
RETURNS
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.com.
